People use it to communicate regardless of their purposes, fields, or nationalities. China, as one member of the Earth Village, actively involves itself in the process. Large population starts to learn it as a key to enter the world. Thus, we can definitely say that WTO boosts the boom of English learning in China.
Years ago, someone dreamed the world as an Earth Village, and now it is already there. There is no denying that in the predictable future, with so many people learning English in China today, China will have a brighter future in the world tomorrow.
